Help your guests find their seats with a chart that fits your wedding theme. Table plans are customized just for you. You can order a physical printed plan or a digital file supplied take to your preferred local printer. There is also the oportunity to order any matching directional / instructional signs you may require in a matching design.
I will need to know:
- Wedding couples names
- Wedding Date
- Wedding Venue (Optional)
- List of guests, you can send us the list of guests in Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel to my email address hello@ablazedesign.co.uk(If you have would like to have the guests listed alphabetically order, please kindly send the guests lists that arranged in alphabetical order).
Recommended Size
– 11 “x14” up to 50 guests or up to 6 tables
– 16” x20” up to 80 guests or up to 8 tables
– 18″ x 24″ up to 150 guests or up to 12 tables
– 24″ x 36″ up to 200 guests or up to 18 tables
– 30″ x 40” up to 250 guests or up to 24 tables
– For legibility, I recommend you to have two signs if you have more than 250 guests or 24 tables

Simple signage to ensure your guests don’t miss that essential group shot is a great help. Time lines that show when the bar is open, and when dinner is to be served is a help if you are parent guest sorting changes and feed times to fit the couples day. The added plus is less questions when you are having your wedding photos done!
